A week later they had my car finished and road ready :D Chris was very helpful in explaining the whole process and my whole experience with Cottmans has been positive and pleasant. Chris is amazing he helped me so much and was honest with what he think i should get done he told me the real of what i was going to be paying but he told me it probably wasn’t worth it my car is old so i understand and i definitely don’t have the money to pay 6,000 for a new transmission i definitely recommend them if you have any car troubles and need someone trustworthy to get it done for you and give you a good deal!

Anyone needing transmission work please see Cottman on N Roxboro st. Durham N.C. They gave me excellent service on my F150. University North told me I needed a new transmission, 8,000 dollars without even checking it. Boyd ford in Oxford gave me a price of 7,000 dollars without even seeing the truck. Chris was an excellent communicator. This was as important as the automotive service itself because I was 150 miles away and having to orchestrate the tow and service for my daughter's MINI Cooper. To date I've still not met Chris, but I can vouch for his professionalism and the quality of service throughout our ordeal. I highly recommend Cottman of Durham.
